Danny Pachman is a Detroit-based artist specializing in musical lighting. He’s delighted to keep discovering new and interesting ways that materials illuminated by color-changing lights can dance to sonic and MIDI inputs via Arduino programming. His lighting journey of the past year has focused almost exclusively on silent, permanently wired outdoor systems – working for Vivid Landscape Lighting and now building his own business called Rhapsody Lighting. Prior to this, his event lighting & decoration story includes a psychedelic mushroom stage used by Mark Farina for a 6 hour DJ set and a lighting / projector tech role for the 2019 U.S. / Canada concert tour of Mary Ocher & Your Government.
