Nothing life changing to say here. I am a Metro Detroit artist. I’ve spent the majority of my artistic “career” in pencil and ink drawings. Selling some of that artwork in North Carolina. I’ve only recently started using paint and doing portrait work. I’ve always shied away from portraits and abstract styles; focusing more on comic book style artwork. In my recent endeavors if found a renewed love for art and the thought/feelings it can invoke. Seeing how the colors can morph as they are manipulated; or discovering the face come together in a portrait is very gratifying. Art feeds the soul, I like being a part of that.
